As the chef of this amazing restaurant, you are the leader of the kitchen and front of the house team, in total 6 passionate team members where total experience, quality, joy, passion and sharing are aspects they embrace. The restaurant is a journey into the heart of meat lovers cuisine and not only…. Due to the venue’s success, the business is expanding with another venue location, and we are therefore in search for a new ambitious Chef to continue the growth of- and within the family.
Candidate profile
As the manager of this kitchen, you are part of a larger company than just one venue, an organization where the HR Manager and Corporate Chef can provide support and develop training and a personal growth plan for you for the coming years.
General responsibilities:
- Monitoring and promoting the processes and procedures within the established concept.
- Guiding/training employees regarding the concept.
- Documenting new recipes and dishes.
- (Preparation) of dishes, optimization/innovation of the menu and working methods.
- Purchasing and inventory management.
- Leadership.
- General cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
