As a Commercial Performance Analyst, you are the analytical engine behind our clients commercial success. Working closely with the Head of Commercial EMEA, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and commercial excellence through deep-dive analytics and data-driven strategies. As an analyst, you will support cross-functional teams including Marketing & Loyalty, Sales, Revenue, and Distribution. To make the life of your colleagues easier by your insights and models will directly inform strategy, pricing, channel distribution, loyalty initiatives, and more. Your goal? Continuously optimize performance and create long-term value for the franchise partners. You will report to the Head of Commercial EMEA and collaborate with global teams. This is an individual contributor role, without direct reports.
Candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Distribution, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of RM & Distribution systems
- Confident working cross-culturally and internationally
- Structured, precise, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
- Solid project management abilities across internal and external teams
- Fluent in English (French is a bonus, not required)
- Curious, analytical, and eager to optimize commercial outcomes

Job Offer
For this role a budget is in place around 60K gross per year. You will be joining a vibrant team in a very creative office in Amsterdam.
